"I did not have work done by Perkins Custom Coatings. This review is based off a phone call I had with Paul. I called Paul to inquire about an epoxy coating for my garage floor. He asked a couple of questions and after he asked me about water and moisture regarding my concrete floor right away he educated me and then told me that he would not recommend doing the epoxy coating because it would fail. I have had other companies come out and they told me all I needed was a moisture coating or waterproofing coat on the concrete. Paul was completely honest and saved me money. He did make some great alternative solutions. I really appreciate his honestly and integrity. It is very hard to come by in the construction industry. Thank you Paul. "Tile looks great. A promise was made that the grout on the backsplash over the sink would be repaired. It was not done. The steam caused the light bulb in the shower to fail. It seems to be the fixture itself. The electrical outlet near the sink was similarly ruined. We have an electrician coming tomorrow to fix those two items."
