"I had a fairly involved job needing sprucing up of my aging landscape. Kaveh, the owner, came to look over the job, almost immediately, and establish the starting date within a few weeks. They finish the job as estimated. They did an excellent job, repairing broken, stonework, and stucco, reconditioning, and laying down color on all walkways and my driveway, provided a sealer Onto flag, stone patios, and lay down in epoxy finish in my garage. These guys can do it all, and Kaveh was at the job every day."

"On the positive side, the job started and ended as expected, and the crew was always on time. John was easy to work with and was accommodating. I was a bit surprised that the painters asked me to open only the front corner windows. When I asked if they wanted me to open all the windows, I was met with a blank stare. So I’m not sure if the other window frames were painted. On the final day of the job, there were a number of areas requiring touch-up. One disappointment was that I paid extra to have a flagpole painted. I also asked John if they could put up a new rope. He said they could, but at the last minute, he said they couldn’t. So, I have to wonder if they actually painted the entire flagpole. Logically, if they painted the entire flagpole, they should have been able to string up the new rope. Having been a Customer Service manager for most of my working years, the first lesson in customer service is never over promise and under deliver."
