"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"Reuben was right on time and did exactly what he promised. One thing I know about people is whether they are caring or not, and certainly Reuben is one caring individual. I was concerned about a water heater replacement and he said that he wanted to see if he could repair it before we even begin to talk about a replacement. He was able to obtain the materials and put in a new hot water pipe and fittings for the water heater and WOW - hot water!
