He was able to draw up a plan immediately to tackle all of these issues with our new roof. From start to finish, Rogers Roofing has been a professional, responsive, and friendly company to work with. No, they were not the cheapest bid we had, but they were the ONLY ones that brought attention to anything other than the shingles being old. New shingles really do not matter if the roof is going to start warping, as Mitch explained. If I could give more stars I would, thank you SO much!"

I had a cabinet facing that needed to be replaced and he took it off 3 times until it was level and correct. We had several other small projects and he took care of them fast and expertly. "The salesman was excellent. They stated their goal is OUTSTANDING customer service. That is a lie. They said it would take 1 day to do the roof. It took 5 days (excluding Sunday) and that was after I called them every morning and taking off work. They kept promising me that they would come out to finish the project. The salesman stated they could do the roof of the gazebo. They couldn't. Also on the 5th day, they completed the job but left remaining boxes and material on the lawn. After paying close to $30,000, this is unacceptable."

Last summer, shortly after purchasing my home, I contacted them to repair or replace a few small sections of vinyl siding that had come loose. I got four quotes from reputable local companies. M&M was the second to arrive, and by far the most extreme in their approach. What followed was a high-pressure inspection where they picked apart nearly every aspect of my siding, claiming shoddy workmanship—except for the areas I had specifically asked about, like the siding around my windows, which they conveniently said looked fine. The whole visit felt incredibly intimidating and performative. Then came the scare tactics: they told me that unless I replaced both the siding (and the roof!), my house “wouldn’t survive the winter.” They conveniently offered me 0% financing for the job. It was a textbook fear-based sales pitch—manipulative and predatory. Not sixty seconds after they left, another siding company came to provide a quote. They assured me the issues M&M identified were either exaggerated or completely fabricated. Without me prompting, they even warned me that M&M was notorious for using this kind of approach. I went with a different, more trustworthy company with a service area spanning three counties—they fixed the issue quickly, affordably, and professionally. It’s now spring, and (shocker) my house is completely fine. M&M’s lack of professionalism and reliance on scare tactics is deeply concerning. I left the interaction wondering what would’ve happened if I’d been a senior, or someone less familiar with home repairs. I have zero doubt they pull this same move on vulnerable homeowners. Their behavior was unprofessional, immature, and completely unbecoming of a company operating at this scale. If anyone from management happens to read this, I highly recommend shadowing your Portage, Indiana crew. You may not like what you see. Avoid."

I asked to change the terms so that, for example, they would not be allowed to do additional work without first notifying me and if either party had to sue the other the prevailing party would be entitled to recover attorney's fees. (Their contract only allows them to recover attorney's fees.) However, Mike told me that their contract terms are non-negotiable."
