"I asked for an estimate on spring replacement. But decided to go with the whole system replacement and roller replacement. The original rollers and system were from the original home builder in 1997. Isaiah called before he arrived and gave an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional the whole time. He provided several options. I went ahead and decided to replace the whole system and he was ready to install the system the same day. Isaiah was very customer service oriented and answered all questions as well as provided explanation and description of all options avaliable in the new system. He walked me through how everything and I was very comfortable with the knowledge he left me with operating the garage door and all the bells and whistles that came with the new system. If there are any friends and family that ask me about a garage door repair/install, I will definitely be referring Garage Door Doctor. Their office and field staff communicate very well and are very professional. We really appreciate everything this company has provided and will refer you all to anyone who asks."

"TBG replaced the spring mechanism on our garage door a couple of years ago, and I was very pleased with their service and price. So when our door started not to open correctly, I called Omar to come and check it. He told me the drive motor was beginning to go, and that it might continue to work ok for weeks or months or years and would then just stop working altogether. He gave me a quote for a similar replacement. After a few weeks the door was just not opening smoothly, so I called Omar back and he came out within 24 hours. He brought with him the original unit he quoted for, and a Liftmaster 8550WLB, which had a bigger motor, drive belt (v's chain) and WIfI capability. It was $75 more expensive than the one he originally quoted, but cleary offered a lot more features - including the capability to check to ensure if the door has been left open. Without feeling pressured to select it, I chose the 8550, and Omar had it fitted within a couple of hours. He also checked and lubricated the rest of the operating system. As previously, I highly recommend TBG for any of your garage door needs."
