Our house had many leaks and cracks, which they patched up well and fixed just before the rain. They painted our house and it looks great! We also had them replace two entry doors. All of this was done right on schedule. The one thing I would look for next time is prepping the job site a little more before beginning so clean-up is easier. "The crew showed up on time. They were very professional and got right to work. This was an elderly person's home. There was a lot to clean up. Lots of "accidents' and neglect. I'm not even sure they took a lunch break. They did a terrific job and spent around 5 hours getting the house cleaned up. I felt the fee was reasonable."

 I previously had one house cleaner who would come and spend a LONG time here -and simply because there was a lot that needed doing, it just wasn't an efficient use of time or effort.  One person (or even two) simply can't do what the 3 person team of G & J can do.   They are thorough, fast working and attentive to what my personal cleaning needs are.  For example, my old cleaners didn't feel comfortable hanging up clothes and returning various items to their presumed rightful place.  The old cleaners wouldn't throw away an empty shampoo bottle that was in the shower, etc - for fear that it would be wrong.  I told Rosember (the young guy who is G & J's company founder) that I had no problem with guesses being made in this area, and my house has felt a lot more orderly ever since.  This is just my personal preference however.  Otherwise I think nothing would leave the room it was in.  
They do floors, change sheets, clean all countertops and surfaces and dust.  I am sure there are many other things, but I'm often away when they work so I'm not sure.  I am definitely happy with the service so far.

The bathroom took slightly than we hoped.partially due to scheduling issues with some of the specialized workers and partially due to the weather. However, the main crew made use of the down time and helped us to move an existing outdoor BBQ center to line up with existing gas lines.
