"The crew were nice. Work was not. Prep on my cabinet was poor work. Boss did not overlook prep before he spray painted the cabinets many drips, missed spots. He made many promises that he could not do. I will have to go back and fix all the mistakes. Do not give him money down. I at least did not give him half down so in a sense he got enough for the failed job. Do not hire and probably changes the company name once a bad review. Located out of San Marcos is your hint."

We were impressed and planned to hire him regardless, but after waiting two weeks for his quote, we instead received an e-mail stating that he was not going to be able to do the job, despite the fact that we were months out. We asked why he was not going to quote the project and even asked if there was anything particular about the scope of work that he was concerned about, but he would not response. Courtesy would have dictated a phone call, but it seems everyone hides behind e-mails or text messages. So much for customer service."

"Terrible. Do not trust this contractor. Substandard work throughout (collapsing bedroom ceiling after framing and drywall was applied to enlarge the bedroom), very poor quality painting, dangerous and shoddy electrical work in my attic, and the contractor failed to repair the damage his debris bin caused to my asphalt driveway. Absolutely terrible experience. Sadly, the VA Regional Office in Houston paid him in full and denied me the opportunity to contest his outright lies about the asphalt damage. I shudder to think what happens to my fellow disabled Veterans who lack the background I have in electrical work, painting, etc. when this contractor does VA funded remodeling in their homes. I’ve had to involve VA Headquarters in Washington DC on these issues. I am a longtime Veterans advocate.
