His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. "Michael and crew were great! Freitag construction was brought in as a sub-contractor to face a garden wall, when we were having our pool re-surfaced. I was so impressed with the crew's work that I asked Michael to bid on finishing a courtyard and a pool change area. Of three quotes that I received, Michael was competitively priced, comprehensive and clear where the cost was allocated and where extras might lie. Michael had a sub-contractor come in to do carpentry while his own crew completed stone work. All crew were professional and skilled. I've dealt with many contractors; Michael was excellent in only requesting payment commensurate with work completed. His crew was efficient, the entire project was completed ahead of schedule - Michael will under-promise and over-deliver. <br /> We are thrilled with the work completed. We are enjoying our courtyard and "Frietag" fireplace. We could not be happier with the results."

"We hired Cipriano to removed about 2,000sf of gravel and plants at our new house and put in a new irrigation system with new grass. His pricing was lower than the other bids we received and he was able to get started as soon as we gave him the go ahead. Working with him was truly a pleasure. He noticed some of the plants we had in an upper planting area had died so he transplanted some of the ones we were taking out at no extra cost. He made sure everything was done correctly and you can tell he really cares about what he does. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would absolutely hire him to do any other landscaping work we needed done."

"We hired Pacific Outdoor Living to do a bunch of projects in our small space in Burbank. They built an amazing water feature, added some grass to a space that was formerly concrete slab, completely changed our front yard from a lawn that was all weeds to a beautiful garden, built a stone wall in front of aforementioned garden, converted our sprinklers to drip irrigation, and added some lighting. From Andrew the designer to Chad, Jorge, and Daniel the supervisors to all the workers, everyone at this company is top notch. They got the job done super quickly, and were as professional as can be.
