"I called Henco’s after I had another company come out and give me and estimate and to look at our water heater. The first company immediately gave me the doom and gloom “this water heater’s going to blow up at anytime, you need to replace it today”! (They just so happened to have a new one in their truck) I said I’d get back to them and then promptly called the second plumber on my list. The owner was very kind and gave me his opinion without trying to get business. I asked if he could come out and give an estimate on repair/replacement, he had someone here within a couple hours. Owen was very nice and honest, he said our water heater was NOT going to blow up, but it was leaking (we already knew, that’s why we called). He didn’t push any sales on us but we asked for a quote on replacement. His quote was MUCH less than the previous guy and Owen explained the differences in the water heaters available. We placed our order, a few days later they came and installed it. The two guys who came were very nice and professional, did an awesome job and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this company."

Bob (one of owners), and Tyler did such a great job and were extremely easy to work with. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. When done, I had a minor problem with water leaking from the pivot shower door. The day I called, Bob was at my house within the hour and came again the next day when the issue wasn't initially resolved I'm happy to say he fixed the leak and I'm very happy with my new shower.
