"Prompt response to estimate request.  Patrick followed up email questions promptly.  Two parts to project:  new post installation for gate on one day and new gate installation on second day.   Price very reasonable compared to other estimates received.  Patrick's worker, Fausto, was very thorough and courteous.  On both days, he and other workers worked quite diligently to get things done.  They also cleaned up thoroughly.   The gate appears to be working well and we are pleased so far.   Only issue - be clearer about when work would be done.  We were surprised when Fausto showed up on a Friday, instead of when we were told - the following Monday or Tuesday.  But at least we have the gate sooner rather than later.

"The work was completed in two days. It took two days instead of one day partially due to the fact that one of the gate posts had to be set in concrete and needed to dry before wood fencing boards could be attached. The new gates seem to be better built and are using stronger hardware than the previous gates had used. As the installation project progressed the two installers asked questions regarding the details of the fence and how we preferred the details to be done. So it appeared as if they genuinely wanted to do a good job and have us satisfied when the job was completed. Even though some heat records in the area were broken during those days they continued working on the project until completion."

"My garage door stopped opening or closing, and my first call was to Infinity Garage Door and Gate. I had a very good experience with them about five years ago when Uzi helped me get my garage door working via a phone conversation and didn’t even charge me. I knew when it came time to replace my old garage door motor that I wanted Infinity to do the job. I called in the morning and Jaime was able to come to my house the same day to diagnose the problem. Jaime is very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He explained all the options for the repair, the costs and the pros/cons of each. I opted for the more expensive and robust system that I hope will last longer, but there was no sales pressure or upselling. Jaime also made it clear that only a new motor was needed now to get the garage door working again and that the spring appeared to have a few years of life remaining, but I opted to have the spring and rollers replaced too. Jaime ordered the parts and came back the next day to install everything. He kept me informed about his estimated time of arrival, arrived when promised and installed all the new components in two hours.
