The guys showed up on time, communicated well, explained the process, and used a rotating type of brush that I hadn't seen before. They vacuumed and pre-treated spots before getting started. It took a bit longer than I had expected, but that's part of getting a careful and thorough clean; totally worth it in the end. The price I thought was extremely reasonable."

"Premier Surfaces has a nice showroom and a warehouse full of new slabs and partial slabs to choose from. You can see where they cut and polish the stone themselves, no third party involved. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. You will pay half up front and pay the remaining half after the job is complete. I payed the fee to have them do all the measuring. They came to the house within a week on all three purchases to make the measurements. <br /> <br /> The week following the measurements, they return with the counter top to install it. They removed the old counter top and back splash. Unlike the hole for the sink, the hole for the cooking top is not cut at the factory, thus it is cut on site, in the kitchen. They made a makeshift hood around the work area from plastic which routed the stone dust out the kitchen window. They had to glue the two sections together and glue the aluminum sink under the counter top. This all went very well. The sink is centered correctly and the seam between the two sections is perfectly matched, only noticed if pointed out. All was cleaned and no damage was done to anything in the kitchen. <br /> <br /> The large bathroom counter top was custom cut to ensure a perfect fit within the uneven walls. It looks absolutely fantastic. The small bathroom counter top needed some minor additional cuts to fit properly. Each had a ceramic bowl glued underneath the sink cutout, centered perfectly. <br /> <br /> All installations were completed in a professional manner. They arrived on time and did not rush to complete the job. You may find a lower cost shop, but it will be hard to find a shop to match the quality of product, quality of installation, and professionalism of the folks at Premier Surfaces.     "

"My wife picked out a piece of granite from their stock, including the particular section from the sheet, and that piece was delivered. The installers showed up about an hour and a half late, but they called twice to keep us informed of the situation. We were the last install of the day and earlier jobs took longer than planned. When they arrived we determined that we wanted the stone installed a half inch different than shown on their plans. They made the change per our request. They worked late without complaint and performed quality work. I have to give a and quot;Cand quot; for punctuality because they were late, but I do appreciate their communicating their delay and willingness to work late. <br />"
