The doors do operate more smoothly and quietly.  The technician said he did not have to replace any wheels and the other items I on the package I bought.  They were not needed.  He did accept the vouchers as payment but the total value of the package was more than what I purchased. 

I called Overhead to see if I could use the extra money I spent on other garage door work that was not a requirement for operation but I did not hear back from them.  I paid $90 more on the Angie's list package than just a regular tuneup on the door would have been.

I just did not understand what I was getting.

"After calling several roofing companies for pricing and availability, I scheduled a roof maintenance service with Southern Strong because they offered the best price AND could accommodate my schedule. The very next day, Wade arrived promptly, inspected my roof, and then showed me photos as he explained the situation: the flashing around the exhaust fan (as well as other places) was not properly sealed, and there were several exposed nails and penetrations. After he caulked the exposed nails and re-secured the headwall flashing, he showed me photos of the completed work.
