They did tell us that it might take 2 months to start, however at the beginning of May, they contacted us and told us they were going to start sooner. When a week went by, we checked on the status and no response. Another week and no response. Then we received a call saying they would be starting in a week. Finally on June 23 they began the project. Took them two weeks to get it done, after many attempts at trying to change the plan that we had come up with. Also in the process, the end of our driveway was cracked by a cement truck which the owner promised us two weeks ago would be fixed and Gene, the project manager, told my husband on Friday July 16th (after my husband called to check on the status ..again no calls from Green Home) that he would be over the following week to fix the driveway and guess what??? NO SHOW AND NO CALLS. My husband called and left a message for the owner this morning first thing and as of 11:00 a.m., still no phone call back. I don't know what happened to this company from February until now, but it is our intention to not ever use them or recommend them again. They do not stay in touch to give you a status. They do not return calls but they are "johnny on the spot" when it comes to being paid."

"It took a while to get it done.  They built a patio. They had to come back and redo it. They came back and redid it, but they did about 80% of it. There are still pending things, but they never got back to me. The real thing about them was that it was run by Blake, and he is the company, he is the guy that come out and estimates the work, supervises the work, and he has other work. The price was good."
