My 24 year old Lift Master garage door opener was malfunctioning so I called the company and Brad asked me a number of questions to determine whether the garage door opener could be fixed. "An extraordinary experience working with Marcos Infantino, a garage door guru. Our garage door completely went kaput, with rollers falling off, bolts all over the floor, tracks bent, wood siding cracking up, and hinges beyond repair. The darn ugly thing wouldn't open even with the manual override. We couldn't go to work. I was sure I needed a new door. Of the six people I contacted, only Marcos called right back. I called highly-rated North Shore Garage Door at 7AM and the administrator said I'd hear back at 8AM. No call! "I am extremely impressed with Ray. Highly professional and knowledgeable, pays close attention to details and looks over the entire job and different ways of getting the work done. My Dad who is 89 y/o has a 2 car garage but has not used one side of the garage for a car because he has LOTS of tools on that side. Recently, we’ve downside some of his tools and now want to use that side of the garage too. However, the garage door opener that is 25 years old wasn’t working and we were under the impression it needed to be replaced. We had a couple other repairmen out to give us estimates. In the end we needed two remote garage door openers because after not using it for 25 years my Dad would have no idea where they were.
