"Bob did an excellent job. The job was complicated by a decorative wood wrap of the porch. Bob was able to remove the decorative and replace with an easwy to maintain pvc 3/4 round trim piece. "I would have rated the service as 5 stars.....unfortunately there were several things undone. . 1) The front of the dishwasher wasn't cleaned. 2) the hood over the stove wasn't cleaned...in spite of discussion about it. And 3) the top of shower head wasn't cleaned. I don't want to say that the service was not good because overall it was... on time..very pleasant to work with. Only these 3 things were problematic. "

"I?m giving a two star because Jason was very cordial and polite when dealing with. Always a plus. However, the work done on my exterior trim and replacement door were substandard, poorly accomplished, and never completely finished. Price increased at time of completion even though it appears that a door with an already broken frame was installed, and my own aluminum trim was reused, which required no further purchase. Trim was not put in an overlapped correctly and the door/frame was simply somehow made to fit by hacking at in place garage framing. Caulking was simply mashed in and poorly applied. It was a rush to finish on the same day and turned over to me in the dark at about 10 PM at night. I?ve asked repeatedly for at least the correct parts to finish the strike plates on the door? Never delivered or installed. He seemed like a nice young man, but I cannot recommend him to do any work and would not use him again."
