This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. Adding to our concern was the possibility of supply chain issues we'd read so much about. Tom Dragoo responded quickly and understood our sense of urgency. He assessed the issue, assured the materials needed were readily available, and scheduled his team; Who, btw, were remarkably punctual. And for contractors, that's saying something! We really appreciated the care Tom took to educate us on metal roofs, i.e. while metal roofs can indeed last 30+ years, the rubber grommets in Central Texas heat, do not. Further, having come from a legal background, I particularly appreciate CV Roofing's Terms of Engagement agreement, as well as the warranty on their work. Highly recommend. Great folks!"

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

Every issue that arose as they repaired work another company did several years ago was solved by Fernando. He always provided several options and we selected the best one for the situation. Because Fernando hand-dug the needed holes and trenches he had no problem when he encountered the main electric line several feet from where 811 had marked it."

"I wanted to convert my two-stall attached garage into a combination living space/utility room and Jon undertook the project. He did the following: * removed the garage door; in its place built a wall with openings for a triple window and a door; placed ZIP sheathing on the outside of that framing; in front of that wall built a cement ledge with a brick and mortar wall on top of it * installed Roxul insulation in the new wall and two of the existing walls * installed drywall on the three walls and several places in the ceiling where it was damaged or missing; taped the seams, applied compound, and sanded * built an uninsulated interior wall with a door opening * applied two coats of Behr paint to all the walls and the ceiling * installed three light/fan combos in the living area and a light in the utility room ceiling * installed Schluter Ditra on the living space floor followed by 17” x 17” porcelain tiles arranged in a diamond pattern and baseboard tiles around the living space perimeter * installed two steel exterior doors and one Larson exterior aluminum door along with their knobs and locks * replaced the attic door with an insulated one from Werner. Everything was done the way I wanted it done. The result was all that I had envisioned. I intend to call on Jon in the future to remodel the interior of my home and maintain its exterior (painting, roofing)."
