"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. "Anthony Fankhauser (Owner) is an exceedingly polite individual who provided detailed information on work to be accomplished. Unfortunately, the day my septic tank was being pumped coincided with a number of issues Anthony was experiencing on another job. For that reason, my task was delayed until after 6:00 PM. When Anthony arrived late in the evening to complete the work, he performed camera inspections and explained some minor issues. There was no indication of irritation or frustration due to the issues related to his other task. This was refreshing since I sincerely expected him to vent regarding problems experienced with his other work. I seriously recommend using Anthonyâ s services if you have plumbing issues."
