The job required research, creativity and planning since it is 45 year old house that was never meant to have air conditioning. Their sales rep, Kurt, is experienced as an installer and was definitely more knowledgeable than anyone from the other companies we received estimates from. His game plan made the most sense and was reasonably priced. In fact he was the only one who did not try to sell me on a new furnace and explained that my current furnace should last several more years versus the competition which was insisting that I'd be better off buying a new furnace since my current furnace was about 14 years old (Kurt added that the current furnace could be repaired if it did start giving me problems). Kurt came the day of installation to show the lead technician, Mark, how he envisioned the install to go. That made me feel good to know that the installer wasn't going to be improvising. "I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . "First, I called Vista Plumbing for an estimate. Ray, the plumber, listened to our concerns and explained what he could do to help with the rattling problem with the pipes and the hot/cold situation in the shower.  He gave me a number for the part needed (under warranty) and asked me to call when the part was received.  Next, when the part was delivered, a time was arranged and Vista Plumbing was here within the week.  In one day the water pipes were clamped and the shower faucet was replaced.  Now, everything concerning the water pipes are good.

I was happy with the service, the knowledge, the expertise, the punctuality, and the kindness.  In the beginning, he spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and answering our questions.  In the end, I received a clean, professional job.  I would recommend Vista Plumbing to my friends and family.
