In the early 1980's Derek Long worked for a reputable landscape company, then in 1986 he branched out on his own and started doing tree work and then became State Licensed in 1991, and when he incorporated in 2011 he became President and CEO of The Branch. What really won us with The Branch is the knowledge they imparted to us made tree sense. They were able to explain to us the trees' needs, limitations and possible repercussions. At the end of the day, we removed 3 trees and had another one pruned. The Branch came in on time; a bit earlier if I recall. They completed their project within the day and cleaned up after themselves. We are having them return to do other trees in our backyard. Couldn't see having it done by others we spoke to prior.
