"DE Flooring has been our go to general contractor for 3 separate projects in the past 15 years. 1st project was to replace all the kitchen countertops/bars & niches’ ledges with a beautiful veined high end granite. 2nd was a shower enlargement and installation gorgeous slab marble to the shower, separate tub surround and double vanity. The scope of the work also included to close up a wall and add an arched built in to our master bedroom. All the work was superior quality, it became even more apparent when after an unpreventable illness this awesome shower had to be replace to accommodate a zero entrance ledge and a wheelchair entry, hence another complete remodel. In the process of this 3rd project remodel it was easy to see behind all the walls and 10 years later not a drop of water had leaked or penetrated the original install. It was so tight it was difficult to take it down. I am confident this second remodel of the bathroom will be just as well done as the first. We also chose to replace the master suite carpeting which gives quite an uplift to the rooms. The owner comes by and double checks on the progress daily, instructs his crews and speaks to us. He never has dismissed our inquiries no matter what adversity could be lurking in his personal life. His subs are all professional, friendly and extremely respectful at all times. This is also a reflection of the leadership. You cannot go wrong by engaging this company to do your construction. If a mistake happens it will be rectified immediately with no argument as well. "The team removing the old windows did a very good job of not damaging anything around them and the new windows were installed perfectly. There was a sizing issue from the manufacturer, but it was quickly resolved and I’m very satisfied with the level of communication from the contractor. The install team also was very respectful towards me and my time, and also the animals in the house, making sure the dust would not be an issue for them. I would definitely recommend."

"Paid $75 Deductible through American Homeshield to sub contract Me.Rooter Plumbing Scam: Martin, with Mr. Rooter arrived & used a camera underneath the home to try & diagnose the leak issue in the laundry room. He didn't do anything else to figure out the cause of the leak. His repair quote was for $8,500 & when he was told that seemed high for the repair, he said the best he could do it for was $6,500. He immediately referred a water damage company to access the damage at no charge. That company said water damage was $2,200. We called another reputable plumber to get a second opinion & they immediately identified a cracked pipe in the P Trap and repaired all for $201. They also stated there was no major water damage. MR. Rooter conducted unethical business practices & provided fraudulent information"
