The estimate was very reasonable for the small job. Once we reviewed the estimate and agreed, Paul and his partner consulted on configuration of the plan for the additional landing and side walk area, they came out, framed, got the concrete poured and finished the two areas on one of the hottest days so far. He simply has a wealth of experience and knowledge, pointed out what work was required and what work was not, answered all questions, and accommodated my schedule. His price was better than the other companies', and they had proposed work steps that proved to be unnecessary.
