"I asked for an estimate on spring replacement. But decided to go with the whole system replacement and roller replacement. The original rollers and system were from the original home builder in 1997. Isaiah called before he arrived and gave an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional the whole time. He provided several options. I went ahead and decided to replace the whole system and he was ready to install the system the same day. Isaiah was very customer service oriented and answered all questions as well as provided explanation and description of all options avaliable in the new system. He walked me through how everything and I was very comfortable with the knowledge he left me with operating the garage door and all the bells and whistles that came with the new system. If there are any friends and family that ask me about a garage door repair/install, I will definitely be referring Garage Door Doctor. Their office and field staff communicate very well and are very professional. We really appreciate everything this company has provided and will refer you all to anyone who asks."

"In the past, when I hire garage door guys off a coupon I get in the mail, I always end up paying an extremely high amount when very little is wrong. When my son closed the garage door and it hit a part of my SUV that cause the bottom of the door to break, I didn't want to take a chance on paying for an entirely new garage door for something that may be fixable so I consulted Angie's list. Omar was exceptionally honest and helpful. I called on a Friday night and he was at my house on Saturday morning, at the beginning of the 9-11 AM window he gave me (even though I live in Sugar Land and he was coming from Spring). He fixed my door for a reasonable price (as well as protecting my other door from allowing this to happen) and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. And he did it for the same price I have paid for some tune ups in the past. I definitely would recommend him and use him again."

"Regency Garage doors is a fantastic company. Jesus came to inspect our garage door within two hours of our inquiry. He then replaced the garage door the next day. Jesus was punctual, professional, very tidy, and personable. We really appreciated his professionalism! Jesus text us before arrival, tolerated and protected his work space near curious children :) Jesus showed is the difference between the previous garage door parts and the new ones installed. I was impressed with his knowledge and kindness. This project was a definite WIN! The price was reasonable too."
