"GREAT! REASONABLE PRICE, QUICK, EFFICIENT, GAVE ME QUOTE IMMEDIATELY, DIDN'T REQUIRE MONEY UP FRONT ONLY AFTER JOB COMPLETE. WOULD DEF. HIRE AGAIN. NEEDED ROOF REPAIR FROM WATER LEAKING INTO SPARE BEDROOM. THEY GOT UP ON ROOF TOOK BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES OF MY TILE ROOF. THEY WIDENED THE VALLEYS REPAIRED BROKEN TILES AND REPAIRED AROUND VENTS. TWO DAYS WORK."

"Work started on a Saturday with large experienced teardown crew. They completed teardown and started wood replacement where necessary. At end of the day they covered the entire roof with sheeting in case of rain. A small experienced crew returned early on Monday to complete the wood work. When city inspection was done on wood repair, they started the shingle work and finished in a few days. At the end of every day they went on a nail patrol with magnetic tools looking for nails around the perimeter of the house. They did a very professional job with roof, cleanup, etc. I used Hoyt before on another house and will use them again."

"repair a leak on the roof"

"Quick to respond, detailed information regarding the roof repairs needed. Glad we chose this company."

"California Building Professionals did an excellent job installing our new standing seam metal roof. We couldn't decide what type of roof we wanted, but once Jay and Matt explained all the pros and cons of shingle vs. tile vs. metal, the choice was a no-brainer. It has so many positives; a longer lifespan, low maintenance, energy efficient, and my personal favorite, the new clean modern look. Their crew paid close attention to every detail, including the valleys, skylights, vents, and flashing and the results are proof of it. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!"

"I have a flat roof. Four years ago, in 2014, Jordan put on a new roof. I also have a mansered portion of the roof which is basically decorative and covered with shingles. They did not replace this part as it looked to still be in good condition. Last week when we had a big rain, the roof leaked into the master bedroom. I was mortified. They came out promptly and determined that part of the shingled portion of the roof which I could not see was wearing out and allowing water in. Tim took pictures so I could understand what he was telling me. He managed to glue it together such that when it happen to rain the next day, there was no more leaking. He measured the area so that the office could estimate the cost of replacing that area. He said the rest of the shingled roof could easily last 5-10 years more. Since this was not part of the roof his company had replaced and therefore guaranteed, technically he wasn’t obligated to do anything for free. But he made this repair, no charge. This is one of those rare reliable reputable companies that rarely exist anymore. It is family based with the next generation taking on more and more so it is likely to be around for many years. I will always call this company first. One other note: Initially, I was reluctant to hire them to replace my roof because they are based some distance from me and I thought if there were a problem it might be hard to get them out. In 2017, I had a bad leak in the portion of the roof over the garage. They were on it and it turned out it was due to a clogged downspout which is the homeowners responsibility. They cleared the drain nonetheless, no charge."

"Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, showed up on time, and clearly explained the repair process. They fixed my roof quickly and did high quality work, everything looks solid and well done. Pricing was fair with no surprises, and they made sure everything was clean before leaving. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing repairs."
