She provided professional and helpful direction and, after several phone calls answering numerous questions, rapidly provided a repair estimate and time schedule. Robert came to measure for replacement glass and Aaron came to install such. They were all professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. "When my hurricane shutters were installed, I was told that they could withstand a hurricane level 5. I really doubted that. On Sept 28, 2022 Hurricane Ian blew straight over my house. It was a few mph under a hurricane 5. While some of my neighbors homes were devastated, my house did not incur any inside damage. The money I spent on the shutters was money well spent. On the day after the hurricane, I asked my neighbors to check on my house. Unfortunately, since power was out, they could not get in through my garage and the shutters were locked. I called Eurex to see if they could come and open my front door shutter. I was told that if someone was in the area, he would stop by and open the shutter. Nothing was mentioned about a service fee. A month later I received a call that I owed $150 for opening the shutter. I paid reluctantly and asked for a receipt. I am still waiting a month later. The young lady said she would send it as soon as my card was "ran." Her verb not mine."

"Buyer Beware! Owner came to house and sold us. We explained we need HOA approval before we can move forward, So don’t do anything. His short term memory doesn’t remember that conversation. We even have a witness. He deposits our check. HOA does not approve the screen and we want our deposit back. He says too late, he already made the screen, which we told him don’t do. Too bad he says , I already made the screen and put you in the line for installation. We gave him $1000 deposit. (nowhere does it say nonrefundable) He says I’ll give you half back when he clearly is at fault DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH LONNIE AT COOL BREEZE."
