Dennis saw the potential of the attic (which was huge & very open). Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. It is a huge room that now functions as a TV room for the kids with a big sectional couch, one corner is an extra closet/storage nook for my wife, & the gabled window area has table & chairs for reading and enjoying the view. "When Andre first arrived for the estimate, he was courteous and prompt. He requested a large deposit but indicated his team could start very soon and handle the project 'no problem'. From there it all went down hill. They did not start on time and then did not get the required permits. When the inspector arrived, Synergy disappeared and found another job to work on. They left my house a mess. They came back to get their tools and have done nothing to get the proper permits or finish the job. They have not done the promised work. They are a textbook example of the worst type of contractor, taking a customer's money and disappearing with the project incomplete and my house torn apart."
