He responded right away and ordered 3 locks /covers. As soon as it came in, he headed to my home within hours. The job was done on time, clean, very professionally and within budget. Because I’m out of town he sent pictures of the work that was done. I later disclosed to him about a contractor stealing my water. We talked about security measures and he recommended to me security cameras that I could use for that purpose that would work within my budget and that he would install for me. "I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms!
