His rates are low compared to his quality and were much lower than other quotes i received for the same work. He replaced sink basins, faucets, added knobs to 40 cabinets, replaced doorknobs, repaired and painted drywall where I previously had a plumbing issue fixed, plus 2 other smaller areas of drywall that needed repair, and removed carpet and replaced it with a floating laminate floor.
