Arrived on time with a smile (and was adorable), gave me a 20 min courtesy call, no upselling and no hidden fees, and most importantly he got out set-in stains that Stanley Steemer never even touched! "within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Had Daniel from evergreen clean 10 vents. He did an excellent job the vents were extremely dirty to begin with.
This was no challenge for Evergreen or Daniel and his brother John.
The gave us the 10 vents special at $29 a vent.
This included removing the register , cleaning them thoroughly  and Rotobrushing each vent.
High quality service for a great price."

"They probably did as well as they could cleaning 18 year old carpets that had not had much maintenance, only 1 cleaning by us with a rented rug shampoo machine. It is light gray low pile medium grade nylon commercial carpet that has a lot of pet traffic along with grandkids and adults in work shoes. The areas that had been covered all those years with throw rugs still looked substantially brighter even after the cleaning than the more heavily used sections. Traffic trails were still observable in several places. The carpet was mostly dry after 24 hours but we gave it at least another day before replacing furniture. The cleaning service does not move furniture. The cost for 3 bedrooms, 2 short halls and one staircase was very reasonable. The customer service was outstanding. In spite of not having any other service to compare with this one I think the outcome was as good as could have been expected and the carpets certainly look a whole lot better."
