"We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable. I have used many cleaners for our properties but Andressa was by far the easiest to deal with and very thorough on her work. "The first thing you will notice is that Jimmy and the Fresh Coat team will arrive on time. In our case they were early and sat in the driveway waiting for the appointed time. Jimmy walked through the job with, Olden, the team leader explaining what was to be accomplished. The team the immediately started working. All of the exterior paint and the concrete was power washed to remove any oxidized paint, dirt, and whatever else had accumulated over the years.
Next the concrete was acid washed, rinsed, and left to dry with the assistance of some fans.
While the concrete dried the team did divide and conquer to get the areas that were to be painted done Olden, the most experienced team member and team lead focused on the entry way door, the trim, and the front shutters.
When the paint was complete and the concrete dried 2 coats of stain were applied to the cleaned concrete.
They worked hard until 11:30 broke for an hourish lunch and then completed everything by mid-afternoon.
It all looks great.
Jimmy and the Fresh Coat team will be returning in April to paint 2 interior bedrooms & closets and the front bathroom.
I can't wait to see this finished. The results will be amazing. There is nothing better than the look of a project completed by professionals.

"A large tree fell on my home during storm & I hired another contractor to complete repairs which included replacing 9-12 rafters/sheathing/shingles, re-building small front porch & adding 3 windows to sunroom. Original contractor installed the windows & did a lot of work on the roof but were very slow & work was sub-par.....they also had issues getting project permitted & I finally had to let them go. I was in a real bind to get repairs completed as I was in the middle of re-financing house when the storm hit. I contacted Commonwealth & they were able to come out & assess what needed to be done. They got the permits right away & got started. Most of the previous work had to be re-done....they removed the windows & added headers & proper support & re-installed, repaired roof & re-built front porch. All work was done professionally & in a timely manner. Also installed interior trim (baseboards/windowsills/frame) in sunroom, which I requested at the last minute, so house would be ready for appraisal. They did a nice job matching the original trim on older home. Would definitely hire again."

"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."
