"I have a brand new car that just had a normal amount dirt that accumulated since it was purchased 3 months ago, and I was hoping to get it back to perfect looking.
This provider was very responsive, and best of all, they came out the next business day.  They informed me that it was a problem because the car was left outside that morning and heated from the sun before services.  I had no idea I was to shelter the car beforehand, nothing was mentioned to me before the appointment, and due to this they couldn't wax the car.  The car was perfect on the inside, but there were still bug guts on the windshield, a little dirt on the wheels, and rolling soap marks on the sides after the job was done.  I thought the price was excellent for detailing, but this seemed like more of just a cleaning when it was done.  I plan to continue my search for a good detailing service.

"I have never had a crew work as well together as this one did. The first estimate I got was $2600 for removal of six trees plus grinding of $100 each for a total of $3200. I then got a second estimate for $2400 including stump removal for the 6 trees only . Mark Hawley quoted me $1200 including stump removal so i figured I would give them a chance. I didn't expect much for that price. When they showed up two days later, I was actually surprised They were driving 1. a bucket lift truck just like linemen 2. towing an industrial chipper behind a large box truck for the chips to blow into. 3. a dump truck hauling a front loader to put the large tree trunks away The man in the lift bucket could drop a tree on a dime and did so 6 times. He also topped off the trees before dropping them. The ground crew of 3 other men pulled the limbs to the chipper and cut branches like they knew what they were doing without being told what to do. They did their job without complaint, instructions or breaks. The fifth man ran the front loader and loaded tree trunks into the dump truck. They then ground the trunks to the ground. I was so happy with their work I ask them to hurricane proof a 50 foot oak and trim 2 Eucalyptus branches from 2 different trees leaning over the house. The man in the bucket went to the top of the 50 foot oak and began cutting limbs all the way inside the tree. At this point I had agreed asked for extra work. I ask them about trimming my seven 30 foot palm trees. They gave me a deal since they were already there. This was all done for $2000. Plus I gave each man a tip for lunch The president of my homeowners association was so impressed that he asked me for their name and number. My neighbor came over and asked me what I paid. He paid $1200 for removal of one tree. Mark Hawley and his crew are the best I have ever seen and they all seemed to be polite, courteous, and happy. When the left, the ground was clear as if a lawn service has come and cleaned it up. Yes, I would use again and have already recommended."

I saw the Angie's List deal for a full day of tree work for $1299. We had 4 trees to remove and 1 Oak to lift. I purchased the deal and within a few hours, Wally had contacted me through the Angie's List message service. We set up a time for him to come out and view the trees and property. He explained the stump grinding was not included and would cost an additional $300 the day of the service. Overall, for the amount of work involved, we thought the total price was fair.

After Wally previewed the site, we settled on a date for him to come out with his crew and complete the work. Once they arrived, they began working immediately. While we live on a large piece of property, two of the trees were between the house and a fence, and another tree was close to the house. The crew took care not to damage any of the surrounding plants, shrubs, fence, gardens, etc. We asked for the mulch to be left on the property and they were pleased to do it. They hauled off the remaining larger pieces.

I do have other tree work that needs to be done and plan on calling them when it is time. I am very pleased with their service.

"I hired this tree company in order to clear some trees from one of my properties that had too many trees within the yard area based on the size of the lot. I should have known not to hire this company, because the initial communication was spotty at best. ...because she was handling so many different things, she would forget conversations that we've had previously. She texted me the morning of, stating that they would arrive between 830am-9am. They didn't arrive until 920am. The team was very skilled at what they were tasked to do... The only issues that I have was that the debris was not totally cleaned up/cleared, as well as the stumps not being removed. I discussed this with the young lady upon hiring, about removing stumps...but unfortunately this was not within the contract. This was my fault for not carefully viewing the contract. Now, I have to hire another "Tree Company" to complete the job that they couldn't...more time and more money. A tree company that can't grind stumps? They also do not have a chipper...to load branches and cut them into chips, so that they are able to haul more debris. They had a worker get inside a towed trailer once the limbs are put inside to cut it down, so that they could add more limbs. This within itself was a process, and took additional time...which prolonged the time on the job. This is a start-up company...good for small jobs. They do not have the proper equipment to handle large jobs. At the end, she stated that she would send me the final invoice, after I paid, once she arrived back within their office/home. After that, it took (3) additional request in order for the final invoice to be sent to me; four days later. I cannot recommend this tree company...not wanting to wish this on anyone."

"Mr. Patterson and his crew were such a great help. I assigned a pine tree for AHOD to cut down. They got to the job on time like he promised, cut the tree down with no damages and cleaned up after their self. I was pleased with the work done by AHOD would highly recommend them to anyone. Another thing I was happy with was Mr. Patterson was able to work with my budget thanks AHOD 10/10"

FAQs for tree service projects in Lady Lake, FL

Professionals remove shrubs by first cutting back the branches using tools like pruning shears or chainsaws for thicker stems. They then cut the base close to the ground and dig around the root system to remove the roots completely, preventing regrowth. Finally, they’ll ensure proper disposal of branches and debris while complying with local regulations.

A bush stump will regrow if any portion of its root system remains. When even a small section of roots is left behind, new shoots emerge and regenerate the bush with leggy, spreading growth. Working with a professional landscaper ensures the complete removal of the stump and all roots, which is essential to prevent any regrowth, ensuring that the area remains clear and maintenance is minimized.
