The technician arrived at the scheduled time was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He inspected our garage doors, correctly diagnosed the problems, and suggested solutions which I was able to implement. For the cost of a very reasonable service charge, 3-4 issues with our doors were corrected. The tech focus was on fixing my doors and NOT running up excessive charges for unneeded parts and labor. At the end I felt confident I had been treated very friarly and with honesty and integrity. Overall, a very positive experience. If you have garage door issues this is the company you want to use. "My garage door wasn’t closing properly for a few months, but I couldn’t find the problem, then one day I noticed my right runner was dislodging from the ceiling. I called and Korah with Precision Garage Door sent Beau and Chris to get it fixed the same day. They were there on time in and out in an hour, provided great customer service and I didn’t feel overcharged. My garage has never run so smoothly.
