"The owners of the company made sure to reach out to me within the same day that I requested roofing details through home advisor. Every other company took days, would schedule me for an assessment, and not show up!! Or they would call me multiple times to make an appointment when I already made one! It was super frustration. Brady was out to our home within three days to give us an estimate and tell us what he professionally recommended we should do per the condition of our roof. We bought this home with a 21 year old roof on it and we new from the beginning it was in terrible condition and we needed it replaced so this was priority number one. Brady had the estimate which was MUCH more fairly priced for the EXACT same materials and warranties as the other companies! He answered all my questions, helped me get the financing I needed with a VERY low monthly payment and still receiving a warranty for longer than we even need ! He was fast and efficient and so nice! "We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. Their rep, Casey Becraft, inspected our roof and noted that light was shining through the eave into the attic. He was able to schedule our replacement before the end of November. This was a relief to us, because we were concerned about the arrival of winter weather. HCR roof replacements are superior to builder grade roof installations. They install leak barriers, aluminum drip edges (that don't rust), ridge ventilation, and cap shingles on the eaves. The 5 tab shingles they install are much better than the originally installed asphalt shingles. They also replace all rubber pipe collars. All materials were loaded onto the roof the day before work started. The whole process took approximately 8 to 9 hours. And they hauled all of the waste materials away afterward. We are very pleased with work and relieved that this issue has been resolved."

City Light took it from there. Put in their estimate, and it was approved by our USAA insurance. Within days the money for the roof was in our account. City Light took every care to lay tarps and collect the old roof, and cleared all debris. They even took large magnets to scan for dropped nails. They sat and explained the materials they use, which are of the finest quality. The work was done in one day, over the house, and most of our shed. By noon the second day the crew had completed the install. They even painted the furnace stack on the roof black to match the roof.
