"This is my 2nd review for Straight Line Roofing and Construction. We recently had them out to assess our home for dry rot repairs. Our Project Manager, Phil, gave us an honest assessment of the boards that needed repair or replacement, and also pointed out areas we could treat and paint so that dry rot would not occur there in the future. He noticed the gutter overflow problem on the side of our house and recommended gutter guards and a new downspout installation to better accommodate heavy rain. Several crews came out and did the repairs. Brandon, Jorge, and Taylor did the gutter work, with Tony and Mike handling the dry rot repairs. Each crew showed up on time, did a great job on their respective tasks, and cleaned up the area when finished. This is why I am a repeat customer, because I know Straight Line will complete the job as promised."

"We had initially called to get an estimate for one window, Alex came out to meet with me and my husband, we talked to him about what we wanted, Alex took a look at the one window I was looking at replacing, my husband had already said we needed to get the siding done first, Alex took a look around the outside of the house and said, getting the window replaced would not make any sense, because the siding was in really bad shape, literally falling off the house, Alex talked to us about the benefits of replacing all of the windows and the siding, lowering our heating cost, and making our home more comfortable, also increasing the value of our home if we ever decide to sell. We were given an estimate for the work needed, I was really afraid of what may come up cost wise once they started the work, as I watch HGTV faithfully and I have seen how it goes, where the cost keeps going up. We had to delay the start date due to the weather, but once the rain had stopped Russ and his crew came out and the work went seamless, they showed up on time, worked till dark, and called me to let me know when they were leaving.
