Verbal agreement, on time and fixed the spring. Minimal charge. I will definitely be using Armagh Carpentry for future projects."

We found Jacob online and were so extremely satisfied with the way he took care of every small detail from the start of getting an estimate to the finished product! "Not happy with the service or attitude I got from David when I asked him to repair the improper installation of a barn door and a bifold door. He also gave me an attitude when I told him that the exterior door had multiple scratches on it. He asked me what I did to it. Asked him to fix the bifold doors because they were crooked. He used his hand to bang the doors and said thatâ s all that I had to do. The next day when I attempted to open the door, it fell off of the track. All in, we spent about $10k on doors and his attitude makes me regret it. Lastly, he overcharged me for the installation and deposit. I had to send him the cancelled checks and Venmo payments. He never acknowledged that he was wrong until I followed up to make sure we were on the same page. Mind you, no apology was provided. If you decide to work with him- check all of the payments, thoroughly look at the installed products, get the warranties (he wonâ t give them to me) before you make the final payments, and keep your animals secure because his workers like to leave doors open."

"Paul did much more than some repair work. He built two large bookshelves and rehabilitated a number of doors/hardware that had not been touched in decades. My house is a 1930s Tudor with a lot of detail, but also, a lot of inconsistencies and surprises but Paul is meticulous and enjoys his craft. We'll be working together again!"

"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

He start telling me y'all foreigner people shouldnt owe s#$t here. Told me to suck his d#$k. Calling me all kinds of dirty words. Just because he wanted 120$ to secure a sink to the wall for me i asked him can do it for 75$ he already told he had that he would use 4 screws and some caulking."
