"Mel completely remodeled our farmhouse from top to bottom, including all of the plumbing, electrical, flooring, insulation, drywall, windows, doors, HVAC and exterior siding. Extensive repairs were needed to the framing and the floors had to be leveled. A portion of the roof had to be completely removed and replaced. We chose to add a bathroom as well. Mel was able to accommodate the changes we asked for during construction without any problems and the finished product exceeded our expectations. What started as a house that many people would have torn down is now like a brand new home again. "Great job overall. Had the entire house power washed and painted - aluminum siding and brick. The whole process took a few days but is necessary to do the job right. After power washing, they went over the whole house filling cracks with silicone, covered the windows, pulled back mulch and protected bushes from overspray. The applied two coats with a high quality paint and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!"
