We were very satisfied with the costs and results of this important job. This is our third experience working with Mr. Kennon and we will request his services again in the future. <br />"

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"I dealt with Scott, who is the son of Charlie Sanders,the owner of S and S Renovators. He was a pleasure to deal with and the crew that he sent out was very professional, courteous and knew what they were doing. Very experienced carpenters who have been with the company for many years. They were always on time and cleaned up 100% when they finished up. The price was very reasonable and they completed the project in record time. The only thing they subbed out was the painting, which I wasn't entirely pleased with....but Scott apologized for that. They have their own paint crew but due to the recent freeze, they were tied up. All in all, I don't think I could find a better renovator than S and S. <br />"
