"My appointment was at 12:00 noon and Heather their receptionist called me at 11:00A.M. to let me know they had a plumbing emergency with the appointment before mine. I told her i completely understood and she kept me informed every 30 minutes. The plumbers arrived 5 minutes after she called to tell me they were on the way. As soon as they got here they diagnosed the problem with my outdoor faucet that was leaking a lot and gave me a quote.
