"I hired Geno's company to do a full residing and gutter replacement. Geno was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns in a patient and professional manner. His crew was punctual, very respectful and performed a fantastic job. They had a bit of bad weather with the heat wave at the beginning of the job and horrible rains at the end of the job which, I'm sure, made it very challenging for them; however, regardless, they performed a fantastic job and I absolutely LOVE my new siding and gutters. All of the debris from each day was cleaned up before they left every evening which was fantastic. "We needed a roof replacement on our aging roof, so I had 4x different companies come by to do an estimate. Chris Rahill came out from Mighty Dog roofing. The first thing I noticed was how friendly and knowledgeable he was - he was able to answer every question that came up easily. Communication was top notch - very fast responses to calls/texts. He climbed on the roof and used a drone to evaluate the property. At this point, we discussed options. We were especially interested in Owens Corning shingles - they seemingly have a great warranty. Now at this point, I had four companies to decide between. What made me go with Mighty Dog was the following: they were a "Platinum Preferred Contractor" for Owen's Corning (be sure to make sure your roofer is certified in your roof system as they are held to the manufacturer's standards and can honor your warranty), the communication was top notch, the quote was easy to understand, he felt trustworthy, the price was fair, and seemed to know what he was doing. I had initial reservations with going with this company as they didn't have as many online reviews as competitors - don't let this scare you away. His workers showed up on time as scheduled and worked their butts off all day to remove my old roof (2x layers of shingles) and install a beautiful new one (all were very professional and friendly as well). Their cleanup was so good, you could barely tell anything was done (other than a beautiful new roof. I was extremely impressed all around. Would recommend."

(The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! I didn't find 1 nail or roofing material on the ground when they left. If I had a question after hours, they took the time to explain it to me. There was 1 major instance where Jim went up and beyond duty to get the problem straitened out. Because of this, he saved me quite a bit of money. I do recommend them to the utmost!"
