He called after they were ordered, and again when thy were received ( a couple of days later) to schedule the install appointment. Both the intital diagnostic appt and the follow up install were easily scheduled to my availability. M. Fournett was very easy to work with and I will use him again when I need an appliance repaired. And even thoguh both the downdraft vent system and the microwave are iver 10 years old, he had no problem diagnosing yhe issues, aquiring the parts, and making the repairs.

"We liked them. The pump that they replaced went out again and they are in the process of replacing it again with no hassle. It is a separate icemaker that is not part of the refrigerator. So far it has been a very easy process. We had used them previously to repair a refrigerator because we had a home warranty."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
