"Initially, I thought Gerardo was the contractor for us. He was very nice, seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We needed a full renovation for an investment property that we were going to purchase. I am a licensed realtor/investor. Gerardo came over with his crew and promised to get us an estimate in 1 week. 2 weeks passed. During that time, I called him everyday, no answer. I went to put in an offer on the house and suddenly it was pending sale. The house came with all materials to repair within purchase price and most work had already been done. Every bone in my body is telling me that Gerardo snaked us and either took the property for himself or has something to do with the house being snatched from us. He refused to take my or my husbands calls to this day. This company is not trust worthy and definitely not investor reliable. Would not recommend to anyone!"
