I made contact with Emmett and we set up  a date for him to come and perform the work.  I also sent him pictures of the area that needed to be replaced.  He was extremely helpful and also sent me a list of supplies that I would need to have to complete the job.  When he arrived, he was friendly and professional.  He informed me of the different reasons that there was wood rot and also pointed out different problems with my gutters, roofing etc. He quickly got to work and did an excellent job of replacing the wood to the fascia.  I also explained that I was having someone come to do a job on my roof and he told me what to look for.  When he finished he did a thorough clean up and also put the extra wood in the garage.  I am thoroughly pleased and I am looking forward to doing other projects with Titan Construction.  I recommend them in the highest regard!!!!!

"Great! Jerry’s team did a complete tear off and roof replacement and provided a ten year parts and labor warranty per our quote requirements.(see our previous review from 2017). At that time we reserved our judgement awaiting the test of time. Since then we had a couple minor concerns. First some dripping from our new skylight over the winter of 2018/19. Owner Jerry was helpful, responsive and whenever we made contact. That dripping problem we learned was only condensation during the 24-30 below zero temps we suffered. Nothing was really wrong. More recently, we found some shingles had raised edges at the ridges after high winds and storms. In both cases R K came out and addressed the issues with complete friendly professionalism. That’s why we give them all As and heartily recommend them. We believe they were our best choice for a new roof or repairs."

"It was fantastic. Wanting to cover all of our bases, we got estimates from 5 or 6 different window companies. Will from Albar worked with us for literally months as we debated every element of replacement windows. He clearly had our needs in mind, and provided the best advice he could without us ever feel like he was trying to "upsell" us. When it came time for installation, the full crew came on time and worked steadily. They removed and disposed of the old windows without a trace, inside or out, and they did a stellar job in repairing the "work" that had been done when the previous windows had been installed (very poorly!) while being extremely careful of our existing, 95-year-old woodwork. In fact, they did such a great job inside and out, that the painters who painted the windows (which were aluminum-clad wood and had come primed) said it was one of the best and tightest installation jobs they'd seen. Albar's prices were fully competitive, and with everything else in mind, we feel like we got a bargain."
