"The back door of our home was from 1964, had a louver window and was completely rotten on the bottom. CSM fabricated a fiberglass door with low e window that opens including the frame and sill. Removing the old frame proved to be quite a task and once removed, the opening required modifications for the new frame to fit. The installation team was great - professional, courteous, skilled and cleaned up beautifully. Michael was very good to work with happily providing a quote and then altering the quote as requested. He even gave a cash discount on top of the Angie's List discount. I would use CSM again and recommend them highly.

Installing replacement windows in an 80 year old house is not an easy job. Chris provided a suggestion for a manufacturer which proved great. "After our kids repeatedly locked us out of the bathroom by shutting the door with a broken lock, I finally called Alan. He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. Alan was available to fix my interior door lock, offered a reasonable and lower rate than other locksmith quotes to show up to do the job (even though it was a small job, most had higher flat rates for service calls,) showed up 10 minutes early, and fixed the lock in 10 minutes. Wonderful.

"Josh is the BEST EVER! He is so amiable and easy to work with. He has your best interests at heart and is always looking to save you money while doing the best job he can. It was so easy to communicate with him - since day one when we spoke over the phone I felt no stress at all. He showed up promptly at our in-home estimate and for every day of work. He was always easy to reach over text or call and was always willing to work something out. We were originally only going to install an interior door but ended up doing crown molding, removing & installing closet doors, and replacing interior french doors with bifold doors.
