"The crew of three worked about five days all told. Arrived early  and on time, worked steadily and quietly all five days. Took careful pains to keep the site clean and after finishing, even vacuumed the soil and plantings to remove chips and dust. The job was finished on time and with no noise or racket, even though a masonry wall was being demolished. The whole crew was cheerful and polite throughout.
It could not have been done better, and the results were exactly as described in the detailed contract. Hard to imagine a better job. the only possible criticism was that Thomas is a little pricey, but everything was done according to the contracts and on time."

We totally excited with the results of our kitchen and bathrooms. The work was by far the most top notch work and they made sure to clean and keep the working areas free from dust and debris. "We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."

"The concrete and gate install went relatively quickly. The patio cover required permits which took some time. Once received, the patio went up quick and the planter brick repair was also quick. Overall a good partnership that I will hire again."

"I prefer not to disclose the amount that I spent on their services.  I wouldn’t suggest using them.  My husband and I are in our seventies and we can’t do anything much anymore.  I asked them if they would come back every three or four months and check and see how things are for maintenance.  I asked if they had a maintenance programme and they said they did.  So I gave them a call and they said that they would call back.  I can’t tell about the timing because they never did call back.  They were not so responsive.  If they weren’t interested in doing the maintenance work, they could have just told me.  I could have found someone else.  They gave so many reasons for not calling back like the receptionist was at the doctor’s or the guy was not available.  That’s kind of bad.  They could have just said that they didn’t have a maintenance programme and that was fine.  I did hire someone else who is doing a maintenance programme for me.  I think Wilhelm Sprinkler Co over charged me but that’s okay.  I thought they would have had a certain level of professional quality but it wasn’t like that.  They were responsive and punctual until that time.  I will not use their services again in the future."

"I could not be happier with Signature Landscape. They transformed my entire front and back yards, including tearing up and replacing all drainage, irrigation, and lighting. The job was made more challenging by having to work around an old artificial rock pool, and removal of a huge amount of roots from old King Palm trees. One of the big advantages is that they have one crew, who does every step of the work, (other than installation of the lighting), from initial demo to planting of the new landscaping, Because of this, the first step was done in a way not to create a problem for the second step, also done in a way not create problems for the third step etc… The fact that the owner, Moe, and his main foreman, Chepe, have been working together for decades also made a huge difference… their 30 years of experience resulted in great ideas/suggestions that I would have never thought of myself. They came up with great solutions to a couple of years long drainage problems, and instead of squared off planting areas, all of the new planting areas are curved, making for a much more attractive aesthetic. Communication between everyone was always wide open, eliminating any instances where decisions were made by assumption. In addition, they were great about accommodating any special requests that I had (such as using glued ABS plastic to replace the old drainage system). My backyard was replaced with pressed concrete, but it looks like it real stone. The use of colored concrete, and then all the detail work done with coloring, texturing, and pressing the patterns, resulted in not only a natural, beautiful appearance, but one that blended in beautifully with my artificial rock pool. The driveway and front walk were replaced with paving stones, which required expertise, experience and patience, to be done correctly. The result was even better than I could have imagined… Every time I walk on it I am amazed at how smooth and beautifully it turned out. My neighbors feel the same. On a major project like this, the devil is truly in the details, and Moe and his crew have the details covered. Everything was done correctly, no corners were cut, and the finished product was exactly what I wanted. Again, I could not be happier with the job done by Signature Landscape. They were professionals in every sense of the word. I have recommended them to many neighbors, and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who wants a beautiful landscaping job, and wants it done correctly. I wish I had another property for them to transform."

Rigo was very flexible and allowed for the changes without any difficulty. For the most part he did all the changes without a change order. I find that their pricing is fair and they stand behind their work. Rigo won't walk away from the job until you are satisfied. I plan on hiring him for my next project; which, is to build a laundry room in the garage and remodel the garage."
