"Great experience! The inspection/estimate went well and the agreed on cost seemed more than fair considering the amount of repairs that were needed. The work started within two-weeks. On the scheduled day the material and crew arrived early. The prep/work started right away. The repairs seemed extensive to me, but they must have a lot of experience because they replaced rafters and sheathing pretty quickly. The neighbors were impressed too...they commented on how quiet the worker were. The project took a full day (...and it was HOT!) and they ended by doing a walk-around to pick up any rubbish and debris. I was impressed with their professionalism and great work.
