"I would never ever hire this company again. This company will make your life miserable and cause you a lot of unnecessary stress. If you hire this company, please make sure you can go to top of the roof and inspect their work once it is done. Initially, they send couple great employees to inspect the chimney and give an estimate which makes one think that he or she is hiring a great company. However, the work they do can be better by ten years old. This company provides bad quality of work and poor workmanship and they make a lot of excuses and false statements. Again, please make sure you can inspect their work if you hire this company. I would not give them a single penny until they finish the work and it is inspected by the home owner. I found many mistakes and damages to my existing shingles. Be very careful."

"I paid $79.00 for 10 minutes of looking at it to see if they could do job, after I told them the size of burner and size of pipe, serviceman said it would be easy to replace. Approved order for burner $103.00 and 75.00 for labor. Serviceman came out for repair Feb. 10 could not fix it and had to call a plumber. Paid $103.00 for part even though it wasnt installed. Plumber came out and found serviceman loosened pipe inside wall without telling me, plumber said if he would have replaced burner and left when I used it gas would have filled walls with gas and could have burned house down. I have written emails to company 6 times and called Feb. 11 and talked to scheduler she said her boss would call me back...never happened. The serviceman called his boss and told him he couldnt get burner off the boss told him to break end off and bend it so it would be close so I could use it..Really. Over all very bad experience with this company would not hire them again."

"Ellis was very good to work with from quoting through project finish. He was knowledgeable about key roofing details and provided valuable explanations and advice. Originally, I had him quote only the roof and skylight and then later added the gutters. The addition was handled so smoothly it was like I had asked for them in the first place. I understood at the beginning of the project the skylight install would be the rough in with no sheetrock/drywall work included and accepted it that way. At the time, I didn't realize this meant they would not cut the existing sheetrock in the ceiling to expose the skylight to the room below and that was the only minor disappointment that was quickly resolved with a pruning saw on a pole. There was a misunderstanding between the crew and myself on the position of the skylight (my fault) and we discovered it halfway into the install. The crew stopped and took the time to let me better explain and then promptly and courteously made the correction. Very good experience in every aspect."
