Get matched with top asphalt shingle roofing installers and replacers in Lake Harmony, PA

"Roof replaced in one day. Project managers went above and beyond from point of inspection of roof and work needed, making minor repairs to prevent leaks if it rained prior to scheduled day, and follow through to gutter replacements. This was the only company that recommended we contact the insurance company because of roof damage found on their inspection, thereby saving us about 75% out of pocket (never would have thought to contact the house insurer otherwise)."

"The crew was very efficient. They arrived before 7am and began their prep work right away. They began removing the old roofing about 7:00 and had completed the removal before 8am. The materials were delivered and unloaded before 8:45am. The crew got things set up and began the install. The installation was completed about 1:45 pm or so. They cleaned up the debris from 1:45- 3:30pm., then loaded their equipment into their truck."

"Once again, Frankie and his crew didn’t disappoint. The first part of the project - the front roof repair and asphalt shingles replacement - was done in December of 2021, with plans to finish the rest of the house by the end of March 2022. Today Frankie and his team completed the rest of the roof of the house, replaced the roof with matching shingles on the garage and the shed, and fixed rotted encasing of the chimney with new plywood, making sure it matched the original pattern. When you see the way people work together, you know what results to expect. At the end of the day I have a new roof over my head, a clean property, and not a completely empty bank account. Frankie Contractor LLC is a dependable, loyal, affordable and quality service to be recommended to all looking for roofing projects."

"Joseph Seifert Contracting came out quickly and gave us an estimate for the work that needed to be done, also giving us a time frame/wait time. The estimate was less than most of the other estimates we had received. They were within a week or two of the estimated time frame and completed the work for the amount that had been quoted. They were able to complete the work in one day. We had a minor issue with a roof overhang that had not been completed, but the crew was back out the next day and fixed the issue. We were very happy with their work, the professionalism of the crew and staff in the office. They cleaned up completely when they were finished."

"Very good people to deal with. Answered all my questions and concerns. Let me know step by step what to expect. They ripped the shingles off and found rotted plywood, they replaced it in a very timely manner. The crew really worked hard. The roof looks absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends, because I know they would be in good hands."

"Stephan did a beautiful job on our replacement deck.He did whatever we asked him to do and kept us informed of any problems he found with the old deck support. He made our deck stronger than the original deck. We really love our new deck."

"The install crew left staples, roofing nails, and razor blades in my driveway after they left which I had to clean up. The bin or dumpster placed in my driveway had the asphalt scrapped due to one roller not turning freely when picked up after the roof installed. I was hardly able to communicate with the install crew because they barely spoke English. I noticed my leaf filter screen was damaged in two places after they were there. They sent the crew back and I showed them the damage. The crew chief said he would tell his boss but no one ever got back to me. Also, I called the salesman and he never made an effort to get the damage resolved. I also told them to look at the skylights in my sunroom. The crew chief said he caulked around the skylights but when it rained last they were still leaking. I have two pans on the floor in the sunroom to catch any water that drips down."

"Just completed replacing our roof and gutters with Simplistik. The roof and gutters looks great. Good communication and fair pricing. Work was completed in the time frame promised. Bill was great to work with on this project. Highly recommend."
