"I contacted the emergency number as we were worried about possible CO from the boiler. We were promptly contacted by someone else with the company who put us on the schedule for sometime between 12-4pm. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text, they text you when they are on their way, around 10am. John f. Was actually at my house 2 minutes before me as I was staying at my in laws house 10 minutes away. He actually called me to see if I was home and he waited for me as I was 2 minutes away. As far as the work, he was very thorough. He saw that my boiler had not been serviced in quite some time and that it was 33 Year’s old. I told him that we actually had somebody look at the furnace before we purchased the house and to service the boiler. Based on what he saw he seemed genuinely upset that the company that previously looked at the boiler has a license because of the shape that it was in. Needless to say we are looking at getting a new boiler and probably switching to natural gas from oil. Still pricing it out right now but will update my review if I choose JSP to install our new boiler. The cost we incurred during this visit was to keep the boiler running temporarily."

"George (he goes by the name “Junior”) and John installed a water heater that I bought from Home Depot. All went well eventually, but George made me very nervous because he rolled and dragged the old water heater across the entire basement and then up the stairs by himself, then he tipped it slightly and rolled it on its bottom side edge all the way through my kitchen floor and the breezeway floor to the outside. Both the kitchen floor and the floor are expensive Pergo, and I was afraid he was going to scratch a lot of it. The heater dropped some water, rust, and dirt on the kitchen floor. He should have used the handtruck that was right next to him in the and rolled it to the outside with the hand truck. He was impatient and said he didn’t want to stand doing nothing and wanted to save time while John had gone to get a part they needed (John was gone for only 10 minutes.) He then rolled in the new hot water heater on the handtruck, then when he reached the door to the cellar he took it off the handtruck and said he was going to slide the water heater down the stairs by himself, instead of waiting for John to return and go down the stairs and grab the bottom of the heater while George held the top, then the two of them could have safely and easily carried the water heater down the stairs and across the cellar to the location that they were installing it at. floor until they got it to the place it was being installed at. to help him. I protested his doing it himself, and he said if he damaged the heater doing it himself then he would pay for a new replacement out of his own pocket."
