"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. I have an apartment building in which the garden unit had previously suffered water leakage.  I had the outside sealed previously, but wanted to get the inside sealed while the apartment was empty.  Chuck came out and offered three different solutions all with various price points.  We agreed to sealing just the inside for now, and if there were future leaks, we would consider the alternate solutions proposed.  In all 6 cracks were discovered.  Chuck had the cracks sealed and each of the tie bars sealed. 

I will be using them again for my other apartment units.

"The crew was on time, and very professional. 
I had a concrete floor in my crawlspace.  It was installed several years ago and I had been using it for storage.  The floor was sort of pealing and dusty, and there were a few cracks.  I was concerned about moisture coming through the concrete as well.
A Perfect Crawlspace was the only crawlspace company that had the spray on liner material, called Polyurea.  So instead of paint, they sprayed the polyurea IQ  right onto the concrete.  The product is awesome, and I was able to use it for storage as soon as they were done.  Dries in an instant and made the crawlspace look great!  They also sprayed closed cell foam insulation on the foundation and sill boxes to stop cold.  I expect to have warm feet this winter.  I wish I had this done sooner - I feel the difference already.  The musty smell is gone.  Im looking forward to using this on my garage floor as well in the near future.
