"We had a floor leveling issue in which a room was part tile over cement and part carpet over hardwood, with the tiled part being higher than the carpeted part. We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. "We are extremely happy with our flooring project. Redesign scheduled the work and arrived on time the day we were told. They texted us while they were coming. As proposed they carefully moved the furniture to the side of the rooms, removed the carpet,prepped the floor for the new vinyl plank, moved the furniture back and completed the room. There wasn't a need for us to hire a moving company. The project was finished in the estimated time and vacuumed the entire house.
