"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

Delays included one installer getting sick and ordering of door once the shower was ?done.? We don?t care for the very large drainage area in the middle of the shower floor. The walls of the shower look great and the chair is very nice. Great shower head!"

While they were working on the old floor, we had the new wood acclimating under AC, for what the owner told us, this is a very important step if you are going to install new hardwood floor. The installation itself was fast. They were precise and also put our new baseboards. We decided to add the refinishing at the last minute, just to change the color and decor of the bedrooms. We did it to all rooms, and OMG they look beautiful. Wonderful work with exquisite taste. Worth hiring this company"
